What is it?

Ayurveda originated in India and is one of the most ancient medical alternatives. The whole aim of Ayurveda is prevention which means finding the problems before they occur. It can help a number of disorders such as high blood pressure, headaches, tension to name a few.

How does it work?

There is no typical Ayurveda session because practitioners tend to do things differently. However, they will all ask 3 basic things known as the three point dialysis. This includes detailed observations of your appearance , an examination and detailed questionnaire about your life and health. After this they will give you a treatment plan which could be everything from guidelines for a new diet to a prescription of medicines.

How much does it cost?

This treatment will cost about $40-$60 and you may need to pay anything from �5-�15 for prescribed medications.

This treatment does not have any reported side effects.
