What is it?

Crystal Therapy involves placing crystals and minerals around an individual's fully clothed body to create deep relaxation, reduce stress, pain and to balance the body's energies.

How does it work?

When you go for a crystal therapy treatment you will lie down and crystals will be placed either singly or in patterns in certain places such as acupuncture points, meridians or chakras. The treatment can take up to an hour.

How much does it cost?

Normally, one treatment will cost around $40 but may depend on the practitioner.

Are there any side effects?

There are no known side effects with crystal healing
