Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

What is it?

EFT was discovered by Gary Craig in the mid 1990s. EFT allows you to get rid of negative emotions just by tapping your fingers on the meridians in your body and thinking of the negative emotions at the same time. By doing so it enables the body's energy field to balance again. Thus technique can treat a number of things including stress, depression, body pains or even breathing difficulties.

How does it work?

It is believed that EFT works by tapping your fingers on the end points of 12 major meridian channels and 2 governing vessels but at the same time focus on the problem. By doing so, a release takes place which means that the physical or emotional pain is cleared away.

How much does it cost?
