What is it?

Kinesiology is a natural health therapy that has the ability to re-balance all aspects of a human being. In Kinesiology the muscles are tested not only to check but also to correct stress or imbalance within the body. Therefore, it can help to cure allergies, depression or even digestive problems.

How does it work?

Our energy flows along specific pathways within our bodies known as meridians. In total there are 14 meridians which carry energy to organs such as the stomach, heart etc. In turn, each meridian is also connected to one or more muscles within the body. Thus, my muscle testing, we can quickly ascertain which meridians are not working properly. After this kinesiology professionals can establish what supplements (ie. minerals, vitamins etc.) are needed to correct the malfunctions.

The first consultation will take between 60-90 minutes, thereafter, follow up treatments should last about 45 minutes. The number of treatments that you attend depend on the severity of the problem.

How much does it cost?

Most sessions cost between $20-$35 each but this normally depends on the practitioner that you use.

Are there any side effects?

Reports have shown that there does not seem to be any side effects with Kinesiology because the muscle testing seems to be relaxing and enjoyable. However, because the treatment can help to relieve built up stress then you may find that when you come out of sessions that you cry or have an outburst of emotions.
