Light therapy which is also known as phototherapy is when you are exposed to specific wavelengths of light using lasers or lamps for example for a prescribed amount of time.

Normally light therpay treatment can cost anything from $150-$300 per treatment.

Are there ay side effects?

With light therapy you may become jumpy, eye irritations have headaches or nausea.
