What is it?

The Scenar stands for Self Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator and it was developed by russian scientists. This is a hand held electro-simulation medical device that is able to locate and measure problems within the body. It can also help to relieve pain and restore the body's functions.

How does it work?

When you go for a Scenar therapy treatment you will firstly be asked to fill out your personal details and also your previous medical history. The therpaist will then apply the hand held scenar device to your skin until you feel a tingling sensation. They will then continue to brush the device over your skin and they will ask you if you can feel any changes. This treatment should last approximately 1 hour and it is recommended that you attend a minimum of 3 sessions to feel the benefits.

How much does it cost?

This treatment usually costs around $70 per session but will vary.

Are there any side effects?

After your first Scenar tretment you will tend to feel worse but this is normal so do not panic. As you attend more sessions this will dissappear and you will suffer hardly any pain at all. It is important to not take any drugs, alcohol, painkillers 24 hours before and after the treatment. Also, do not take a bath or shower 2 hours before and after the treatment.
